Rondal Richardson

Executive Director
Music Community Foundation

Rondal Richardson, a three-decade veteran of the entertainment and philanthropic communities, has an unconquerable compassion for helping those in need. Rondal has managed projects covering the world of entertainment from music, film and television endeavors to magazine placements, New York Times best-selling book launches as well as cause marketing and philanthropic strategies for entertainment industry clients and partners around the country.

Rondal currently serves as Executive Director of the Music Community Foundation providing philanthropic support for music partners and their teams. He previously served as Entertainment Industry Relations Manager for Vanderbilt University where he built a national entertainment platform for philanthropic reach and facilitated healthcare access to the music, sports and entertainment communities. He served as General Manager for Wynonna Judd from 1999-2006 and accompanied touring artists Garth Brooks, The Judds, Martina McBride and Trisha Yearwood on the road from 1986-1999. Rondal has served as a voting member of both the Country Music Association and Academy of Country Music for over twenty-five years and is currently on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Leadership Music as well as the Board of Directors for the Academy of Country Music’s Lifting Lives.

Rondal is a graduate of Sewanee: University of the South where he served on the University’s Board of Trustees from 2020-2024.

Ramsey Raybeck

Entertainment Philanthropy Manager
Music Community Foundation

As Entertainment Philanthropy Manager, Ramsey supports the development and stewardship of a growing portfolio of fundholders in the music, arts, sports, and entertainment industries. She brings more than two decades of experience in nonprofit development, donor relations, and community engagement to her role at the Music Community Foundation. Her career includes leadership positions at organizations such as Saddle Up!, Hands On Nashville, Greater Nashville Habitat for Humanity, and the Frist Art Museum. With a strong background in donor stewardship, campaign strategy, and event coordination, Ramsey is passionate about connecting people with purpose and helping generosity make a lasting impact.

A Nashville native, Ramsey earned her B.A. in Art History from Georgetown University and has remained deeply rooted in her community through both her professional work and volunteer leadership.

Outside of work, Ramsey enjoys exploring the beautiful Tennessee landscape with her husband, kids, and their enthusiastic black labrador at Tim’s Ford Lake. She also loves entertaining, cooking, and creatively recharging with the energy of a live music show.
